1. Introduction
Welcome to sNotes. These Terms and Conditions („Terms“) govern your use of the sNotes app and all related services.
2. Contracting Party
These Terms are an agreement between you and GoodWorld Privacy Apps, Hauke Schubert, Landwehrstr. 14, 27283 Verden (Aller), Germany.
3. Services
sNotes offers a secure, encrypted note-taking app aimed at protecting your personal notes from unauthorized access.
4. Eligibility for Use
Use of sNotes is conditional upon you being at least 18 years old or having the consent of a guardian.
5. Account Creation
Creating a user account is required to use sNotes. You are responsible for the security of your account.
6. Fees and Payment Terms
Premium Subscription Details
- Price: Dynamic pricing
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each month. You will be billed monthly through your Google Play account.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next month, please cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No Trial Period: Please note that we do not offer a trial version for the premium subscription.
7. Refund Policy
- Refunds for purchases through Google Play are subject to Google Play’s policies.
- For purchases within sNotes, you can request a refund within 48 hours of the purchase via Google.
- No refunds are available after this period.
8. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time.
9. Usage Restrictions
You may not use sNotes for illegal purposes or disrupt the functioning of the app.
